Eixample
Basque restaurant in the Eixample
In L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample, Igueldo is a sit-down Basque restaurant with linen on the tables: cured meats, slow-cooked stews and produce from the north, with the owners themselves running the dining room.

Basque, not tapas
Tablecloth dining, with produce from the north
You eat sitting down here, with a tablecloth and a menu. Ana and Gonzalo run the dining room and are on service almost every day, and the menu is laid out like a Basque table: cured meats to open, stews, fish from the Cantabrian coast and meat over charcoal.

Stews
Pochas de Sangüesa with the trimmings
White beans stewed the Navarrese way, with the trimmings. There is a half portion if you want to share without filling up before the main course.
