Who we are
Gonzalo Galbete and Ana López de Lamadrid, trained at Arzak
They met as trainees at Arzak, in San Sebastián, and opened Igueldo in Barcelona. The menu travels north: beef from Oyarzun, vegetables from Navarre, fish from the market in Vigo.
